Most slippers now have some memory foam underfoot, so the real choice is the look and the feel: real sheepskin, a sweater-knit clog, a light waffle knit for warmer rooms, or something fluffy all over.
Then two practical checks. Suede and sheepskin can’t go in the washing machine, while three of these five can. And sizing varies more than with shoes: some come in whole sizes, some in half sizes and some in two-size bands such as 5/6, so it’s worth checking the sizes row before ordering.
